What are dues used for?

HOA dues are used to maintain the front entrance to our neighborhood (irrigation, lawn service, landscaping materials) and fund a few neighborhood events annually (chili cook off, holiday decorating competition, etc).

How much are dues annually?

Dues are $50.00 per household annually.

Is there a deadline to pay dues?

Kindly pay dues by April 1.

How can I pay my dues?

Dues can be paid with the following forms of payment:

  • Checks made out to Bel Aire North HOA can be mailed or delivered to 1905 Blossom Lane, Maitland FL 32751

  • Zelle payments from your online banking account can be sent to belairenorthhoa@yahoo.com, please note name and address when submit payment
