What are dues used for?
HOA dues are used to maintain the front entrance to our neighborhood (irrigation, lawn service, landscaping materials) and fund a few neighborhood events annually (chili cook off, holiday decorating competition, etc).

How much are dues annually?
Dues are $50.00 per household annually.
Is there a deadline to pay dues?
Kindly pay dues by April 1.
How can I pay my dues?
Dues can be paid with the following forms of payment:
