Apr 2026:

The Northgate Phase 2 Water Main Replacement, which includes Bel Aire North, is beginning soon. We highly recommend documenting the condition of your yard and driveway by taking photos from all angles before they begin. The project does include restoring sod, driveways etc after the project is complete.

The digging is expected to begin after August 2025.
